Massimo Michaud is a seasoned insurance executive and the current CEO of Kinetica, a consulting firm
based in Italy. Concurrently, he serves as Global BU Insurance Coordinator with Sia Partners, an
independent management and operational strategy consulting company since January 2015.

Prior to this, he held a number of chief executive positions, including: CEO of Allianz Spa (2009-2010), CEO of Aviva Italia
(2008-2009) and Chairman and CEO for AXA Assicurazioni (2000-2008). Prior to going back to Italy, he was
leading several insurance companies in France and Belgium for the Generali Group acting as local General
Manager. He has obtained a vast management experience with companies ranging from 200 up to 5000
employees where he achieved lasting results in both turnaround and development strategies.

Mr. Massimo Michaud started his career as Management Consultant at McKinsey, where he was for 10 years in Milan,
Paris and Brussels office. Massimo holds a B.Sc in Economics from Bocconi, and an MBA from Insead. He
has been serving as Board Member of Saham Finance and as Chairman of Nationale Suisse Compagnia di
Assicurazioni SpA. He is involved in Research Institutions on Innovation and Distribution in Insurance in
Europe. He is the writer of the Innovation column at the Giornale delle Assicurazioni and intervenes in
several conferences on Insurtech. Recently, government-appointed administrator (director) of an Insurance
company (Ariscom) in Amministrazione straordinaria a mission that was completed in March 2018.
He is also Chairman of the Board of CF Assicurazioni Spa and CF Life and Chairman of CINEAS, a university
consortium founded by the Politecnico of Milan to develop the knowledge and the culture of risks in Italy
